This position is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and consistent output while maintaining safe work practices and adherence to company standards.Key Responsibilities:Operate digital DTF printers and cutters to produce precise, high-quality prints in accordance with job specifications.Monitor, adjust, and perform routine maintenance on printing equipment, including print head cleaning and line flushing.Conduct regular quality checks, ensuring all prints meet internal and customer standards.Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical or print issues quickly to minimize downtime.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace while effectively managing consumables and supplies.Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production flow and information sharing.Minimum Requirements:High School diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in DTF, digital, or wide-format printing (preferred).Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot printing equipment.Strong attention to detail, color accuracy, and quality control.Good organizational and time management skills; ability to work independently or as part of a team.Reliable transportation and strong communication skills (verbal and written).Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs throughout the workday.Willingness to work in a moderate to loud environment with appropriate PPE.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with inkjet, sublimation, eco-solvent, or UV printing systems.Understanding of digital print workflows, RIP software, and color management.Technical training or certification in printing, graphics, or equipment maintenance a plus.Safety & Work Environment:Commitment to maintaining a safe workplace by following all company safety policies and using PPE.Ability to work around moving mechanical parts, fumes, or airborne particles.For consideration, please apply online at  https://www.expresspros.com/LaxCA/ .Then, for immediate interview, dial 310.340.7738 (Alicia-AI Recruiter). We will consider all qualified applicants for employment, including those with criminal histories, in a manner consistent with state and local laws, including the City of Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance.Company DescriptionExpress Employment Professionals is one of the top staffing companies in the U.S. and Canada.
