Electronic Assembly Technician (Micro-Assembly)
Pay rate: $25 - $32/hr DOE
Shift: 1st
Location: Cypress, CA
Summary:
We are looking for a electronic assembly technician with micro assembly experience for an electronic manufacturing company in Cypress, CA.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform micro-assembly of electronic/PCB components using tweezers, microscopes, and other precision tools
- Execute hand soldering of fine-pitch components and wires to PCBs and assemblies
- Inspect and verify assemblies meet IPC-A-610 standards
- Read and interpret assembly drawings, work instructions, and schematics
- Conduct in-process and final inspections to ensure quality and compliance
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve issues and improve processes
- Adhere to safety and quality procedures
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in micro-assembly or electronics manufacturing
- IPC-A-610 standards certification required
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred
- Proficient in hand soldering and working under a microscope
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
