Customer Service Representative
Pay Range: $21-$25/hr (DOE)

Summary
The Customer Service Representative supports daily operations by serving as the primary point of contact for customers, coordinating order activities, and ensuring accurate communication between customers, production, and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between customers and internal departments, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Perform accurate order entry into the company’s ERP or order‐management system.
- Verify order details, pricing, lead times, and special instructions before processing.
- Provide customers with timely updates on order status, production progress, and shipping schedules.
- Maintain accurate customer records, order files, and communication logs.
Qualification
- 1-3 years experience in Customer Service, Data Entry, or Office (manufacturing or industrial environment preferred)
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and customer‐service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
