Clamp Truck Operator – $20 - $25 /hourLocation: Los Alamitos, CA SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Clamp Truck Operator to support warehouse and production operations by safely and efficiently handling paper rolls and other materials. This role involves operating industrial clamp forklifts to receive, transport, stock, and deliver materials throughout the facility, ensuring accuracy, safety, and timely support of production schedules. Key Responsibilities:· Operate clamp forklift to move, scan, stack, and deliver paper rolls and other materials.· Inspect loads for damage, verify paper type and count, and ensure proper tagging and packaging.· Load/unload materials using mechanical equipment; occasionally perform manual handling of smaller items.· Transport paper rolls to press areas and return unused rolls to stock, ensuring proper wrapping and labeling.· Maintain accurate inventory records using scanners and complete required documentation (e.g., move tickets, change forms).· Perform routine maintenance and daily inspections of clamp truck and auxiliary equipment.· Communicate shift updates and discrepancies to supervisors and fellow operators.· Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE and adherence to company policies.
