Where and when you’ll work- Location: Burnsville, MN, 55337
- 1st Shift: 7:00am – 3:30pm
- 2nd Shift: 3:00pm – 11:30pm
- 3rd Shift: 9:00pm – 5:30am
Your shift begins with a quick equipment check, confirming your forklift is inspection-ready. From there, you’ll rotate through tasks that keep the floor running smoothly—unloading arriving trucks, staging pallets, and moving goods to the right zones with zero damage. You’ll update counts in our system, help align inventory with demand, and jump in to guide newer operators when needed.
Primary responsibilities- Operate forklifts and related material handling equipment with safety and efficiency top of mind.
- Load and unload trailers, containers, and incoming/outgoing freight.
- Transfer product to assigned storage or production areas within the facility.
- Perform routine safety and functionality inspections on equipment.
- Record inventory movements accurately; support cycle counts and stock control.
- Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and site policies.
- Work closely with teammates to streamline flow and boost productivity.
- Assist with onboarding and training of new operators as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Valid forklift operator certification.
- Demonstrated experience using forklifts in warehouse or industrial environments.
- Strong safety mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Team-oriented communicator with reliable follow-through.
- Basic computer skills to support inventory activities.
