Express Employment Professionals - Laguna Hills is seeking Medical Device Assemblers for a Medical Device company located in San Clemente CA.
This is an eval to hire opportunity and the pay is $20-$22/hr.
Shift: 1st Shift 6AM-2:30PM
Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Medical Device Assemblers to support a great Medical Device Manufacturing client. This role is vital in assembling precision components and systems to the highest quality and regulatory standards. You will work closely with engineering and quality teams, performing critical fabrication, inspection, testing, and documentation tasks to ensure safe, effective products for patients worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble implantable devices according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Device History Records (DHRs).
- Perform and document component inspection and cleaning processes per established procedures.
- Fabricate and inspect subassemblies, top-level assemblies, and packaging in accordance with SOPs and DHRs.
- Accurately record all required data and documentation in compliance with Quality Assurance (QA) standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
Technician I: 3 years of experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment; experience with medical devices preferred.
Clean room and microscope experience
Skills & Attributes:- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Familiarity with quality systems and regulated environments
- Ability to follow SOPs and quality procedures
- Team-oriented with effective communication skills
Salary : $20 - $22
