This is an eval-to-hire opportunity paying $20–$22 per hour.Shift: 1st shift, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PMA day in the cleanroomYou arrive on first shift, gown up, and step into a controlled cleanroom where precision and consistency drive everything you do. You’ll partner with engineering and quality professionals to build components and systems that meet exacting regulatory standards—work that ultimately supports patients around the world.What you’ll doAssemble implantable medical devices precisely following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Device History Records (DHRs).Perform and document component inspections and cleaning activities in strict accordance with established procedures.Fabricate and inspect subassemblies, top-level assemblies, and packaging per SOPs and DHR requirements.Record all production data with accuracy and completeness to meet Quality Assurance (QA) standards.What you bringExperience (Technician I): 3 years in an engineering or manufacturing setting; medical device experience preferred.Environment: Cleanroom and microscope proficiency.Strengths: Exceptional attention to detail and documentation accuracy; comfort working within regulated quality systems.Mindset: Follows SOPs and quality procedures reliably; collaborates effectively with teammates and communicates clearly.Why this role mattersYour craftsmanship and documentation rigor ensure safe, effective products reach patients who depend on them.
