About the Company
Express Professionals is recruiting a highly energetic and competitive sales rep for a growing local company. No sales experience necessary as the company is focused on hiring/training talent. This is a direct hire role.
COMPENSATION:
- $40k-$50k base uncapped commission
- Good reps make between $80k-$100k/yr (salary commission)
- Full benefits, 401k
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The Sales Rep. will continuously connect with previous, current and future clients. This includes:
- Work closely with assigned Senior Sales Rep to learn sales strategies, customer management and product knowledge.
- Prepare quotes, presentations and follow-up communications.
- Identify and qualify potential leads.
- Work both individually and in a team setting.
- Utilize internal CRM software to track and schedule activity.
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 0-3 yrs experience in a sales, customer service or account management role.
