Job description
We are looking for Employment Specialist-Recruiters to join our team on the west side of Indianapolis or in the Lebanon, Indiana area. We have 2 offices located on the west side of Indianapolis and Lebanon. A successful Employment Specialist/Recruiter will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and assist with hiring needs. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline; and building relationship with clients who use Express for staffing.

Salary/Compensation:
- $40-50k salary depending on experience, uncapped commission

Responsibilities:
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Source and recruit candidates by using recruiting databases, ATS, social media etc.
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
- Onboard new employees
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships
- Build influential relationships with hiring managers and manage key accounts.
Qualifications:
- Passionate about building and maintaining relationships.
- Proven history of meeting deadlines and reaching clearly set goals.
- Capabilities to problem solve, multi-task and communicate effectively
- Ideal candidate has sales, inside sales and/or recruiting experience.
- Demonstrated track record of setting and achieving ambitious goals in previous roles.
- Proven ability to thrive in a results-driven environment, exceeding goals.
- Exceptional focus on goal attainment, with a strategic approach to overcoming challenges.
