Shop Help Associate will:
- Support daily operations on the production floor.
- Provide hands-on, floater role that combines sit-down forklift operation with general warehouse, maintenance, and production support.
- Be reliable, mechanically inclined, and eager to help wherever needed
Warehouse Associate's Pay/Benefits:
- $20-22/HR
- Benefits are available

Warehouse Associate's Schedule:
- Monday - Friday
- 7AM - 4PM
- Overtime is commonly available and start/end times may shift slightly to accommodate OT
Warehouse Associate's Job Duties:
- Operate a sit-down forklift to move and rotate palletized inventory in the overflow area
- Assist with general warehouse and facility maintenance, including:
- Replacing light bulbs
- Assisting with basic plumbing and upkeep tasks
- Support production operations in areas such as:
- Mounting
- Plating
- Digital printing
- Work collaboratively with team members in shared production areas
- Step in to assist with product production as needed
Warehouse Associate's Requirements:
- Sit-down forklift experience is required
- Mechanical aptitude or maintenance experience is a plus
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong reliability and willingness to be flexible
- Team-oriented, proactive, and motivated work style
