Control Wiring and Harnessing Specialist
Express Employment is recruiting for Vertiv in Ironton, Ohio.
Role snapshot- Assemble and wire electrical and electronically controlled components on control panels.
- Route and connect wiring from panel to unit following diagrams/schematics.
- Perform terminations: strip wire ends, crimp/connect, and label as required.
- Neatly bundle harnesses using zip-tie tightening tools.
- Operate common tools: hammers, pliers, screwdrivers, wrenches, air guns, strippers, solder gun, cutters.
- Assist with additional reasonable manufacturing tasks as assigned.
- Ability to push 50 lbs on a conveyor system.
- Willingness to complete Wiring Certification training through Vertiv.
- Hands-on experience with PLC wiring.
- Background in equipment installation & wiring.
- Monday–Saturday schedule; currently includes mandatory overtime.
- Starting pay: $16.80 per hour.
- Additional $1/hour shift differential for 3rd shift.
Must be able to pass a pre employment drug screen and a background check!
