What You'll Be Doing:
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams, vendors, and customers to keep communication and operations flowing
- Process customer orders from entry through invoicing and handle any issues that arise along the way
- Maintain accurate product information including new item setup, pricing updates, and item details
- Generate and review reports covering sales, pricing, inventory, and margins
- Support purchase order processing and product distribution recommendations
- Communicate updates across phone, email, spreadsheets, and internal reports
- Assist with presentations, spreadsheets, and various department projects
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1 to 3 years of experience in administrative, sales support, or a related role preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office skills with solid proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to build and update Excel formulas
- Clear and confident communicator with strong problem-solving instincts
- Highly organized with sharp attention to detail
- TB clearance required or ability to obtain prior to start
- Must be currently located in Hawaii to be considered for this position
