Junior Accountant
Location: Honolulu, HI 96813
Salary: Up to $60K
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM (flex hours available)

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit government invoices into WAWF
- Track and manage the status of submitted invoices
- Communicate with government contract personnel to resolve invoice issues
- Ensure compliance with WAWF requirements and government regulations
- Process bills, follow up on aging A/R, and provide status summaries to management
- Oversee A/P processes, including invoice approval and payment processing
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Accounting or a minimum of 3 years of A/R, or A/P experience
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work independently with provided guidance
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
