QUALIFICATIONS:

Helps coach and support team/field staff to meet Department KPIs.
This position will work closely with management to develop new processes and procedures to increase efficiency and overall customer satisfaction.
This individual must be willing to pursue, develop and participate in continuing education.
Must know local HVAC codes and be able to apply them in a practical manner on each job.
Must be able to work with inspectors, suppliers, and co-worker technicians to ensure correct project work, while abiding by all codes.
Must be capable of performing proper HVAC techniques such as soldering, gas fitting and sizing, venting, equipment installation, repair, and maintenance.
Must maintain a neat appearance (company uniforms) and good hygiene.
Must be able to work on several projects and be able to handle frequent interruptions from customers, co-workers, or the telephone.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
A minimum of four years experience including hands on training and or HVAC work is required.
