Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Staffing Recruiter role located in the Greater Abilene Area. The Staffing Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including identifying talent, conducting interviews, and matching candidates to the needs of clients. Additional responsibilities include managing temporary placements, collaborating closely with clients to understand their staffing requirements, and fostering strong relationships with both candidates and employers. Success in this role requires timely execution of hiring needs to help meet client objectives.
