Production Team Leader – Manufacturing Operations
📍 Easton, MD Area | 💲Up to $85,000 | Full-Time | On-Site
I'm recruiting on behalf of an established international manufacturing company launching a new U.S. operation and seeking a hands-on Production Team Leader to help lead mixing, packaging, and production operations.
This is an exciting opportunity to join during the facility start-up phase and become a key technical resource for the production team.
What You'll Do:
✔ Operate and oversee automated mixing, packaging, spraying, and labeling equipment
✔ Support production start-up and commissioning activities
✔ Troubleshoot equipment and production issues to minimize downtime
✔ Train and mentor production operators on equipment, quality, and safety procedures
✔ Work with MES, PLC, HMI, and production management systems
✔ Partner with Quality, Maintenance, and Operations to ensure efficient production
What We're Looking For:
• 3-5 years of manufacturing experience in food, feed, chemical, ingredients, or similar process manufacturing
• Experience operating automated production equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Leadership experience or the ability to guide and train others
• High School Diploma or Technical/Vocational education required
✈️ Unique Opportunity: Selected candidates will travel to Italy for 1-3 weeks of fully paid, hands-on training, learning manufacturing processes, equipment operation, production systems, quality standards, and best practices before helping launch the U.S. facility. All travel and accommodations are covered.
💰 Compensation: Up to $85,000, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits and the opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding international manufacturer.
🇺🇸 U.S. Citizens only. This position requires working on-site in the Easton, Maryland area.
