Key Responsibilities
- Answer and route incoming calls with professionalism and accuracy.
- Coordinate communication among clinical team members and relay messages as needed.
- Schedule and update clinician visits, including rescheduling missed or declined visits.
- Maintain and update patient demographics, locations, and status in the EMR system.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and correspondence for the clinical team.
- Scan, send, distribute, and manage electronic and faxed documentation.
- Maintain supply levels and order medical supplies as needed.
- Assist with assembling caseloads, reports, and medical sheets.
- Support various clinical departments, serving as backup during breaks or time off.
- Cross-train within scheduling and administrative functions.
- 3–4 years of administrative experience, preferably in a medical office or healthcare setting.
- Strong computer proficiency, data entry accuracy, and comfort with EMR systems.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and team-focused.
