Express Employment Professionals has teamed up with an established appliance company who's seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Naples.

Full-Time

Hourly Rate: $20.00 per hour

Position Summary

The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for providing comprehensive clerical and administrative support in a busy office and retail environment. This position assists Store Managers and Sales Associates with a variety of operational tasks, including completing sales paperwork, maintaining accurate records, answering phones, greeting customers, scheduling deliveries, processing daily cash and bank deposits, managing supplies, and coordinating merchandise check-in and check-out.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
  • Greet clients and visitors in a warm, professional manner.
  • Perform general filing and recordkeeping duties.
  • Handle basic bookkeeping responsibilities, including daily cash deposits.
  • Operate standard office equipment such as photocopiers, scanners, fax machines, and computer systems.
  • Order and maintain inventory of office and store supplies.
  • Check merchandise in and out of the store, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation.

Work Schedule

  • Monday – Friday: 9:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
  • Every other Saturday: 9:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (One weekday off)
  • Holidays: Required to work all holidays except Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
  • Blackout Period: No vacation time may be taken from the second week of October through Easter.
