Tax Prep / Auditor

Job Description:

Express Employment Professionals of Clarksville is currently seeking an experienced Tax Preparer and Auditor for an Accounting Firm in Hopkinsville, KY. This position will pay $30 / hr., and the hours are Monday - Friday from 8:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M. During tax season you could work as many as 50 hours a week.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for tax preparation
• Perform internal and external audits
• Ensure compliance with GAAP
• Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks
• Assist in preparing financial reports and statements
• Good attitude, performance and attendance is essential

Qualifications:

• Must have a Bachelor's Accounting Degree 
• Must have at least 3 years of tax prep and auditing experience
• CPA license preferred. If you do not have one, you must be in pursuit of getting one
