Job Description:
Express Employment Professionals of Clarksville is currently seeking reliable and experienced candidates for a Small Engine Technician position to work with an Agriculture and Construction Equipment Dealership. This position will pay $17 / hour, and the hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00 A.M - 5:00 P.M.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot small engines
- Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tune-ups, belt replacements, sharpening blades and filter changes
- Inspect equipment for wear, tear and damage or safety issues
- Maintain repair records and parts usage
- Inspect equipment.
- Good attitude, performance, and attendance is essential
Qualifications:
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must have small engine repair experience - certifications are a plus
- Must be mechanically inclined
- Familiar with lawnmowers, trimmers, blowers, small engines and hand tools
- Capable of complying with all Safety requirements including the use of PPE
