Pay : $27.00 per hour
Work Hours : Monday – Friday, 7 : 00 am – 4 : 30 pm
Position Summary :
As an IT Client Services / Desktop Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for all IT-related issues at our Olathe office. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and supporting desktop hardware, networking systems, cloud-based applications, and other IT infrastructure. Your expertise and customer service skills will ensure smooth IT operations and efficient problem resolution.
Essential Functions / Job Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary on-site IT support contact for end users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Maintain and support Windows and Mac operating systems, MS Office 365, and other standard applications.
- Provide IT project support for business initiatives.
- Set up and maintain IT equipment, including desktop computers, printers, handheld scanners, and telephony systems.
- Read technical manuals, diagnose issues, and provide technical assistance to users.
- Support and maintain audio / video systems.
- Provide computer and telephone orientation for new staff members.
- Maintain a high level of service and adhere to IT support SLAs.
- Perform additional IT-related tasks as assigned.
