Key Responsibilities :
- Candidate Recruitment & Placement
- Source, screen, and interview job seekers.
- Evaluate candidate skills and experience to determine the best job matches.
- Provide job coaching and guidance to help candidates prepare for interviews.
- Follow up with placed candidates to ensure successful job retention.
- Client Engagement & Sales
- Meet with local business clients to understand their staffing needs.
- Take thorough job orders and coordinate client interviews.
- Proactively conduct outbound sales calls to generate new business.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Administrative Duties
- Accurately enter and update candidate and client information in employment databases.
- Schedule interviews and manage follow-up communications.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on recruitment activities and placement outcomes.
- Team Collaboration
