This isn't a typical receptionist position.
We're looking for someone who is outgoing, bilingual, organized, and genuinely enjoys talking to people. While you'll be the first person applicants and clients interact with, your real job is helping us attract great candidates and keep our recruiting pipeline full.
Think of this role as customer service, recruiting, and inside sales rolled into one.
Every phone call, text message, walk-in applicant, and online application is an opportunity to create a great experience and connect someone with a job opportunity.
What You'll Do
- Answer phones and greet visitors professionally
- Schedule interviews and onboarding appointments
- Follow up with applicants by phone, text, and email
- Promote current job opportunities and generate applicant interest
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, payroll, and office administration
- Maintain accurate applicant records and documentation
- Support the team wherever needed to help the office succeed
