The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with decision-makers, and growing revenue through the sale of staffing and workforce solutions. Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and face-to-face meetings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, hiring managers, HR professionals, and key decision-makers.
Conduct client needs assessments and present customized staffing solutions.
Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate contracts and service agreements.
Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure successful placement and client satisfaction.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed revenue goals.
Track activity and opportunities within the company CRM system.
Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitive services.
Qualifications
Required
Minimum 2 years of Business-to-Business (B2B) sales experience with a proven track record of success.
Strong prospecting, relationship-building, and closing skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
Strong computer skills, including MS Office
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred
Previous experience selling staffing, recruiting, workforce solutions, or related services.
Existing network of business contacts within the local market.
Experience working with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary plus unlimited commission potential
Target earnings of $60,000 annually
