Multi‑Axis CNC Precision Machining Specialist

When you step onto the floor in Euclid, you’ll turn prints and CAD models into flawless parts. Your day starts by loading programs, setting tooling and workholding, dialing in offsets, and running a first article to verify every critical feature. Throughout the shift, you keep an eye on cycle performance and surface finish, make smart adjustments, and document results. You’ll troubleshoot when alarms pop up, perform light preventive maintenance, and collaborate with teammates to keep production smooth and safe.

• Set up and operate CNC equipment to produce parts that meet specifications and quality targets.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models to plan setups and machining steps.
• Monitor machine operations, adjust tooling and offsets, and refine processes to maintain standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on CNC machines and tooling.
• Inspect workpieces using precision instruments to confirm conformance to print.
• Work cross-functionally to identify improvements that enhance throughput and consistency.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area aligned with company policies.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; machining-related technical education or certification preferred.
• Hands-on experience as a CNC Machinist or closely related role.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Solid understanding of CNC machinery, tooling, and workholding fundamentals.
• Skilled with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail with practical problem-solving ability.
• Comfortable working independently and contributing within a team environment.
• Clear communicator with a positive, can-do approach.
