Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a driven Entry-Level Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Assistant to support hiring efforts, collaborate with hiring managers, and help match top talent to open positions in Savannah, GA. This role is perfect for recent graduates or early-career professionals who enjoy working with people, communicating effectively, and staying organized in a fast-paced environment. No recruiting experience is required — full training is provided. This position offers a base salary plus commission based on performance and results.
Here’s What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like:
- Source and engage candidates through job boards, online platforms, and community outreach
- Market qualified candidates to hiring managers and build strong professional relationships
- Communicate daily with hiring managers to understand needs, coordinate interviews, and provide candidate updates
- Assist in filling open job orders by matching candidates to opportunities
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs related to recruiting activity, placements, and candidate pipeline
- Coordinate interviews, onboarding steps, and candidate follow-up
- Maintain organized and compliant records within ATS/CRM systems
- Support job posting creation, resume review, and scheduling
- Provide excellent service to both hiring managers and candidates
- Participate in recruiting initiatives and team projects to support overall hiring goals
Schedule & Pay:
Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary: $45,000–$50,000 Commission (Based on Experience)
