We are seeking a Staffing Consultant/Inside Sales Rep to join our team! You will perform activities in recruiting from searching for new hires to retaining existing hires and also be responsible for making sales calls to clients and prospects on the candidates you have in your pipeline! The more business you generate, the more commission you make!
Responsibilities:
- Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees for clients' needs
- Search and attract talent for our clients
- Perform sales activities to help grow the book of business (calling prospects and current clients)
- Implement company culture, values and policies
- Provide management with requested reports and documents
- Accurately maintain employee files
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Inside Sales, recruiting, or other related fields
- Knowledge of labor and employment laws
- Ability to build rapport with all employees
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
