Responsibilities- Assist in the procurement of warehouse supplies and materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and track stock levels.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Prepare purchase orders and process invoices.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies.
- Support the warehouse team with administrative tasks as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding purchasing needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in supply chain management is a plus.
- Previous experience in purchasing, inventory management, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with inventory management software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
