PHYSICAL AND WORKING REQUIREMENTS

• Must be comfortable climbing ladders and walking on residential roofs
• Must be comfortable knocking on doors and initiating conversations with homeowners
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Willingness to travel between neighborhoods, client homes, and job sites throughout the day
• Must be comfortable working at heights

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required
• Confident, friendly, and outgoing personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently
• Must be comfortable with door-to-door prospecting and outside sales
• Must be willing and able to perform roof inspections safely

• Base pay is $17 per hour
• Employees will also earn a 4% commission on the sales they generate
• Estimated total annual compensation ranges from $54,000 to $104,000, depending on sales performance
• The position begins with a two-week trial period, allowing both the employee and Pinpoint Innovations to determine whether the opportunity is a good long-term fit
• Employees will not be employed or paid by Express Employment Professionals at any point during the trial period
