This is a custom, short‑run environment—no high‑volume lines—where your decisions at the machine directly shape quality outcomes across critical industries: power generation, infrastructure, defense, and data centers.

- Diverse materials and processes keep every day fresh

- Set up and operate Mazak CNC mills/lathes; perform changeovers efficiently
- Program and edit at the machine to improve part quality and throughput
- Produce custom components in small lots with tight tolerances
- Cut stainless steel, aluminum, plastics, Inconel, and specialty metals
- Read blueprints; apply GD verify parts with precision measuring equipment
- Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and workholding challenges
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- CNC Mill (5 axis VMC) (Mazak)
- CNC Lathe (5 axis) (Mazak)
- CNC Router
- Experience in CNC machining required; job shop background preferred
- Proven setup capability strongly preferred
- Mazak knowledge preferred; multi‑axis/5‑axis experience a plus
- Blueprint literacy and skilled with precision metrology
- Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting ability
- Consistent work history and a team-focused attitude

- Pay: $36.00 – $42.00 per hour (experience-based)
