As a Production Helper supporting bindery and mailing operations, you’ll keep quality moving and deadlines on track for a busy manufacturing team.

A day in this role

You arrive for a 12-hour day shift, review work orders, and coordinate with teammates. You jog stacks from the counter stacker, align materials with precision, and stage skids for the next bindery or mailing step. Throughout the shift, you verify accuracy, maintain a clean and safe space, and pivot to additional tasks as assigned to meet production goals.

Schedule & employment details

• Shift: Day shift, four days per week, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Schedule: Rotating workdays; weekends may be included based on production needs
• Job Type: Full-time
• Overtime: Required as needed
• Training: On-the-job training provided

What you’ll do

• Read work orders and follow written and verbal instructions
• Jog product from the counter stacker and stack neatly on skids
• Align product correctly for bindery or mailing operations
• Protect quality, accuracy, and consistency of finished pieces
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

What you bring

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to product quality
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, time-sensitive setting
• Basic math skills
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Ability to interpret units of measure and perform conversions
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and overtime as needed
• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks
• Team-oriented mindset

Preferred qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience
• Basic small packaging knowledge

Physical requirements

• Prolonged standing during the shift
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, and squatting
• Lift up to 50 pounds
