We are looking for a reliable and hard-working General Laborer to join our team. In this position, you will assist with the production of trusses, performing various tasks to support the manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate machinery, such as a press, to insert metal plates into trusses.
- Assist with lifting and handling materials (up to 50 lbs).
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Work in a fast-paced environment with exposure to dust and other construction materials.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Comfortable working in an environment with dust and exposure to noise.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or construction setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
