The Business Accounts Analyst Reviewer plays a critical role in ensuring that associates provided by Express meet all established contractual obligations. This position is responsible for conducting thorough reviews of business accounts and contracts to identify potential risks, mitigate exposure, and safeguard against the loss of key accounts. The ideal candidate will bring a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to contract compliance and risk management.
This position sits within our Oklahoma City based corporate office, currently with an expectation to be onsite 80% of the time.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of contract requirements for assigned business accounts to ensure compliance and operational alignment
- Analyze client-specific contractual elements—including pay and bill rates, background screening protocols, drug testing requirements, and onboarding documentation—to validate accuracy and adherence
- Document findings with precision and ensure timely posting of review outcomes in accordance with internal standards and client expectations
- Communicate review results to Business Managers, enabling effective follow-up with field offices, Managed Service Providers (MSPs), or clients to resolve discrepancies and implement corrective actions
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 – 5 years of experience in business operations, account management, or a related analytical role, with a proven track record of driving process improvements and ensuring compliance
- Strong understanding of the staffing and franchising industries
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, OR ABILITIES
- Ability to interpret and access client contract information with accuracy and discretion
- Experience in contract evaluation and compliance review, with a focus on risk mitigation
- Familiarity with Vendor Management Systems (VMS); prior hands-on experience preferred
- Basic proficiency in Express automated systems or similar operational platforms
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to draft routine review reports and executive-level summaries of findings
- Capable of presenting complex information clearly to cross-functional stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Understanding of staffing industry practices; minimum two years of staffing experience preferred
- High-level awareness of franchising and staffing industry dynamics
