In Fairfield, CA, your shift starts with a walk-around inspection of your forklift. You confirm the controls respond smoothly, check forks and tires, and verify safety features. With the green light, you head to inbound, offloading trailers and containers, then shuttle pallets to their proper zones. Throughout the day you keep inventory tidy and accurate, communicate with teammates, and follow safety rules to the letter—making sure every move is efficient and secure.
What You’ll Do- Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment across the warehouse.
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing freight from trucks and containers.
- Relocate pallets and product to assigned locations within the facility.
- Perform routine equipment checks and report any safety or performance concerns.
- Help manage inventory accuracy and organize stock for easy access.
- Work closely with your team to hit daily throughput targets.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies at all times.
- Hands-on experience driving a forklift or working in a comparable warehouse role.
- Solid knowledge of safe warehouse practices and OSHA-aligned procedures.
- Physical capability to lift heavy items and handle equipment responsibly.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset.
