Compensation
- $25.00 per hour
- Weekend shifts earn an additional 5% per hour
- Night shifts earn an additional 5% per hour
- Weekend night shifts can earn up to 10% additional hourly pay

What You'll Do
- Safely operate and support autonomous vehicle operations
- Drive company vehicles for 4-8 hours per day
- Conduct basic software and technology-related tasks
- Document observations and operational metrics
- Provide detailed written and verbal feedback to engineering teams
- Support vehicle maintenance and readiness activities
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and preventative checks
- Assist with vehicle logistics, storage, and movement
- Ensure vehicles and equipment remain clean and operational
- Complete documentation related to vehicle readiness and testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering and operations
Schedule Options
Day Shift
7:45 AM - 4:15 PM
Night Shift
3:45 PM - 12:15 AM
Potential future schedules:
- 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM
- 2:45 PM - 11:15 PM
Available workweeks may include:
- Wednesday - Sunday
- Thursday - Monday
- Friday - Tuesday
- Saturday - Wednesday
- Tuesday - Saturday
Qualifications
Required
- Excellent driving record
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to drive for extended periods
- Comfortable using technology and software tools
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and professional work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to pass background and driving record reviews
Preferred
- Previous vehicle operations, transportation, or testing experience
