Job Description:
As a Commission-Based Telemarketing Specialist, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients, and successfully selling our DOT compliance solutions. You are responsible for both inbound warm calls and outbound cold calls. You will play a vital role in identifying the needs of transportation companies, explaining how our services can help them remain compliant, and ultimately closing deals. Your persuasive skills and ability to build relationships over the phone will be key factors in your success.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to transportation companies to introduce our DOT compliance solutions.
- Field inbound calls from transportation companies assisting them with obtaining a DOT number and ensuring they are compliant with our solutions.
- Explain the benefits of our services and how they can help improve their compliance.
- Identify potential clients' pain points and tailor your pitch accordingly.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of our solutions and answer any questions they may have.
- Close sales deals and achieve personal and team targets.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and sales activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in the transportation or compliance industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of DOT compliance regulations and requirements is desirable.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
