Our company is expanding with a variety of carwash projects across the United States, and we’re looking for an experienced foreman to lead installation technician teams. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of proven experience supervising construction or installation projects with precise execution, effective coaching and team coordination skills, in-depth knowledge of safety guidelines, and a sharp eye for quality. In this role, you will complete our accelerated technician training program before stepping into a leadership position overseeing carwash equipment installations nationwide. Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Manage and train installation team employees.
• Coordinate and oversee the workflow of equipment installation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform, demonstrate, and inspect work for a variety of installation, fabrication, construction, repair, and maintenance tasks on carwash equipment, facilities, and plumbing, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Operate, maintain, and train others to use a wide variety of hand tools and equipment.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with clients, tradespeople, team members, and other stakeholders to plan and facilitate equipment demolition, installation, and maintenance.
• Maintain basic records related to work performed and inventory of repair equipment and supplies; collect and enter data and photo/video documentation into an app system; ensure checklists and paperwork are completed with accuracy and transparency.
• Know, follow, and enforce safe work methods, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Trouble-shoot effectively and make good decisions to resolve issues quickly and appropriately.
• Work under routine and urgent conditions, both indoors and outdoors.
• Perform other installation, construction, maintenance, and carwash site care duties, as requested.

Qualifications & Skills:

• At least 3 years of related installation project team leadership experience is required; vocational education and carwash installation or service experience is preferred, but not required.
• General mechanical aptitude and desired experience and knowledge: installation and maintenance of industrial electrical systems, wiring practices, electrical codes, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, high-pressure and vacuum pumps, and plumbing.
• Experience in operating a variety of equipment and tools; experience and training in welding preferred.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, set and attain project goals, and follow specified procedures.
• Ability to collaborate with team members and maintain clear, open communication verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and effectively trouble-shoot quickly.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule based on projects with regular late nights, early mornings, and weekends.
• Willingness to travel (up to 100% as this is mostly a traveling position).
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to consent to criminal history and motor vehicle record checks; willingness to complete the required steps and medical exam to register with the DOT.
• Physical Demands: Ability to continuously stand or walk for prolonged periods; ability to bend, squat, climb stairs, climb ladders of various sizes, reach, and lift frequently (lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally); must be able to use hands and fingers to operate, handle, and use controls, equipment, and tools; vision must be sufficient to see details up close and must have the ability to focus.
