Responsibilities
- Enter and update data accurately into databases

- Assist customers via phone, email, or chat by providing information, resolving issues, and processing transactions
- Support administrative tasks such as basic math calculations, data collection, and clerical duties
- Ensure data integrity by regularly reviewing entries and performing quality checks
Experience
- Proven experience with data entry, clerical work, or administrative support preferred
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy and speed
- Experience with transcription or order entry is advantageous
- Office experience demonstrating organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic math skills for handling calculations related to data management
- Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles is a plus
