Data Entry and Customer Service Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Data Entry and Customer Service Specialist to join our team. This role involves maintaining accurate data records, providing exceptional customer support, and ensuring smooth administrative operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, proficiency with various software tools, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update data accurately into databases
• Manage order entry and processing using pharmacy software and other relevant tools
• Maintain organized filing systems and ensure proper documentation of records
• Assist customers via phone, email, or chat by providing information, resolving issues, and processing transactions
• Support administrative tasks such as basic math calculations, data collection, and clerical duties
• Ensure data integrity by regularly reviewing entries and performing quality checks

Experience

• Proven experience with data entry, clerical work, or administrative support preferred
• Strong typing skills with high accuracy and speed
• Experience with transcription or order entry is advantageous
• Office experience demonstrating organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic math skills for handling calculations related to data management
• Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles is a plus

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
