SALES REPRESENTATIVE
We are a bath remodeling company which is a veteran owned, local/family-owned company with over 75 years of experience in the bath industry which started right here in the heart of Northern Alabama. We strive to deliver high-quality bathrooms with a great customer experience. We specialize in replacement showers, bathtubs and custom wall systems. Our company services North, Central, Mobile and Auburn of Alabama.
This position is an in-home sales representative, prior experience in in-home sales is strongly preferred. We set you up for success with pre-set appointments, an uncapped commission pay structure with paid training and a supportive sales team.
Report directly to the Sales Manager.

What we need from you:
- The ability to connect with anyone in any environment so you can successfully lead a customer through an in-home presentation, and closing the sale on site
- A competitive nature and desire to succeed
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Previous sales experience
- The ability to run 3 set appointment times during the Monday through Saturday workweek with one additional designated off day throughout the week, not including Sunday depending on market needs.
- Attend weekly team meetings
- Attend training as needed
Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
