About Us:
Express Auto Spa is a new car wash company that is growing aggressively in New York & New Jersey. The Full Service Car Wash Manager's primary responsibility is to provide best-in-class full service carwashes combined with state-of-the-art carwash equipment and top level service to customers. This is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor with a company that is expanding rapidly with goals to exceed 20 locations by 2027. There will be significant room for growth in the company for ambitious individuals.
Responsibilities:
Essential job functions include, but not limited to:
-Manage, develop and staff the carwash, which includes but not limited to: customer service, carwash programs and safety
-Create and enforce Carwash employee's schedules to optimize labor
-Compare and evaluate chemical usage and inventory to suggest best course of action with regard to stocking the wash with necessary chemicals and spare parts
-Implement cleaning and equipment maintenance schedules to ensure a clean and operational wash
-Develop weekly management reports
-Maintain a safe wash environment
-Support employees during high traffic
-Administer customer damage claims
-Work with other employees and perform other store functions deemed necessary
-Perform other duties as required and/or assigned
-Employee must be able to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
-Expected to work Saturdays
Qualifications:
-5 years of carwash management experience required
-Proficient skill level with Word, Excel and MS Office
-Proficient skill level with hand and electric tools
-Salary commensurate with experience
