STUDIO MANAGER
Looking for a Studio Manager to support a photographer and director.
Responsibilities:
– Oversee day-to-day studio operations
– Coordinate editorial and commercial shoots (scheduling, crew, logistics)
– Image research / Building decks
– Manage communication with agents, clients, and collaborators
– Track budgets, invoices, and production expenses
– Organize equipment, digital workflow, and file management
– Oversee post-production flow and final delivery
– Limited personal tasks
Ideal candidate:
– Strong production and organizational skills
– Experience in photography, fashion, or creative industries
– Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
– Clear communicator, detail-oriented, and proactive
– Understands on-set workflow and studio dynamics
– Ability to work autonomously
– Able to travel if needed
– Driver's license
– Based in New York
