The Role: We're looking for Warehouse Associates to join our team. You'll pick orders, load/unload trucks, and keep our warehouse running efficiently. This role may be assigned to shipping, receiving, picking, or ground work based on business needs.
What You'll Do:
- Pick and prepare orders accurately and efficiently
- Receive incoming shipments and verify against purchase orders
- Load and unload trucks for shipping and receiving
- Operate forklifts, order pickers, and pallet jacks (training provided)
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures
- Communicate issues or discrepancies to your supervisor
What We're Looking For:
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
- Basic math and reading skills
- Forklift experience a plus but not required—we'll train
- Prior warehouse experience preferred but not required
