Key Responsibilities:
- Assist our distinguished providers with patient examinations, procedures, and treatments, ensuring a seamless and comfortable experience for our members.
- Meticulously prepare and maintain examination rooms, ensuring they meet the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and readiness with all necessary supplies.
- Accurately document patient vitals, medical histories, and other essential information in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, upholding our commitment to precision and care.
- Administer injections, vaccinations, and medications with utmost care, following the physician's directives.
- Conduct basic laboratory tests, including phlebotomy, and ensure the proper handling and preparation of specimens for analysis.
- Educate and guide members on health management practices and medical procedures, ensuring they feel informed and supported throughout their care journey.
- Coordinate follow-up appointments, manage referrals, and respond to member inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credentials.
