Strong Technical Accounting Background: 6 years of progressive accounting and finance experience including controllership and FP&A responsibilities, with strong technical expertise in US GAAP and general ledger management.Leadership and Team Management: 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience, capable of managing senior accounting managers and driving cross-functional coordination.Systems and Process Experience: Advanced Excel proficiency and hands-on experience with NetSuite or comparable ERP systems, with a focus on evaluating and optimizing financial systems for greater efficiency.
