Description

We are seeking skilled Installers to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for completing residential bathroom renovation projects with precision and professionalism. If you have experience as a Carpenter, Handyman, Residential Remodeler, Construction Worker, or Plumber, this is a great opportunity to apply your skills in a structured, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities

Assisting Installation Teams:

• Work alongside Lead Installer to assist with bathroom and kitchen remodel installations.
• Learn and apply proper installation techniques for various materials and systems used in remodeling projects.
• Perform tasks such as prepping job sites, assembling materials, and assisting with installation setups.
  
  

Skill Development

• Participate in training programs to learn about installation techniques, tools, materials, and safety practices.
• Continuously improve installation skills by observing and assisting senior installers in a hands-on environment.
  
  

Safety & Cleanliness

• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment.
• Assist in maintaining clean job sites, ensuring materials are properly stored, and equipment is well-maintained.
  
  

Customer Service Support

• Assist in addressing customer questions and concerns during the installation process under the guidance of the lead installer.
• Ensure that customer satisfaction is prioritized by maintaining professionalism and courtesy at all times.
  
  

Tool & Equipment Handling

• Learn how to properly handle and maintain installation tools and equipment.
• Report any damaged or broken tools to the lead installer for replacement.
  
  

Time Management & Efficiency

• Support installation teams by assisting in completing tasks within deadlines and maintaining high productivity levels.
• Develop an understanding of time management to optimize daily work schedules and project timelines.
  
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work well with a team and demonstrate a willingness to learn.
• Strong work ethic with a commitment to punctuality and reliability.
• Physical ability to lift and carry materials (up to 50 lbs.) and work in varying physical conditions.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in home remodeling or construction is a plus but not required.
• Basic understanding of hand and power tools is beneficial.
