Key Responsibilities

- Conduct direct sales presentations to homeowners in assigned territories, events, or referrals.
- Educate potential customers on the benefits and features of our remodeling services.
- Develop relationships and establish rapport with homeowners to generate trust and confidence.
- Identify and engage new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and canvassing.
- Participate in community events, trade shows, and other outreach activities to attract potential customers.
- Work closely with the marketing and inside sales teams to maximize lead conversion.
- Assess customer needs and recommend tailored solutions that fit their home improvement goals.
- Overcome objections and negotiate terms to achieve successful sales outcomes.
- Close sales agreements and ensure proper documentation is completed accurately.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Prior experience in direct sales, in-home sales, or a similar commission-based sales role preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by sales success.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel within assigned territories.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
