- Initiate conversations with homeowners at retail locations, shows and events that create interest and build trust
- Represent the Expo brand with professionalism, confidence, and energy
- Create interest with homeowners and secure qualified appointments for the sales team
- Meet and exceed weekly appointment setting goals
- Participate in ongoing training and development

Requirements
- Strong communicator
- Self-motivated, competitive, and performance-driven
- Reliable transportation and availability for events
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.).
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. (e.g., event materials, signage).
- Comfortable with prolonged periods of speaking and engaging with the public.
- Ability to travel to multiple locations within a workday (retail sites and events).
- Must be able to stop, reach, and bend occasionally when setting up booths or materials.
- Must be able to report to and work from different assigned locations, which may vary day to day based on business needs.
