We’re looking for a Client Experience Manager with real industry experience — someone who knows the ins and outs of large-format printing, production, and client relationship management — and can bring new business to the table.
This is not an entry-level role. We’re looking for a true professional who thrives in the world of large-scale graphics and can deliver both results and relationships.
What You’ll Do
Build and nurture long-term client relationships — you’ll be their go-to from concept to completion.
Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities within the graphics, event, and experiential markets.
Oversee all project details — from quoting and scheduling to production and installation — ensuring excellence every step of the way.
Collaborate with design, print, and installation teams to bring creative ideas to life.
Represent Exploring Graphics at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.
✅ Experience & Qualifications (Must-Have to Be Successful)
Industry Experience:
✅ Minimum 5 years in large-format graphics, print production, or experiential/event branding
✅ Proven understanding of materials, substrates, and finishing techniques
✅ Hands-on knowledge of installation methods and production workflows
✅ Experience working with Fortune 500 brands, agencies, or large-scale event clients
Client & Project Management:
✅ Strong background in client relationship management and account growth
✅ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
✅ Experience preparing quotes, budgets, and project schedules
Business Development:
✅ A professional network within the graphics, exhibit, or event industry
✅ Confidence in developing and presenting proposals that win business
✅ Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales or revenue goals
Personal Traits:
✅ Self-motivated and proactive with exceptional organizational skills
✅ Collaborative team player who leads with professionalism and creativity
