At Exploring Graphics, we produce bold, large-scale visual experiences for tradeshows, events, retail environments, and brand activations. We’re seeking a Client Experience Manager who brings deep industry knowledge AND an established network of clients within the graphics, exhibit, or event world.
This is not an entry-level position. We’re looking for a seasoned professional who understands the full lifecycle of large-format graphic production and can leverage existing relationships to drive new business.
What You’ll Do- Build, manage, and grow long-term client relationships — serving as the primary point of contact from concept through installation.
- Drive revenue by identifying new opportunities and bringing in clientele from your current network.
- Oversee all project details: estimates, timelines, artwork coordination, production tracking, and on-site installs.
- Collaborate closely with design, print production, and installation teams to deliver high-quality graphics and flawless execution.
- Represent Exploring Graphics professionally at industry events, trade shows, and client presentations.
- Minimum 5 years in large-format graphics, print production, experiential branding, or event/exhibit graphics.
- Strong technical knowledge of materials, substrates, print processes, and finishing methods.
- Familiarity with installation practices, production workflows, and color standards.
- Proven experience supporting or servicing Fortune 500 brands, creative agencies, exhibit houses, or major event clients.
- Demonstrated success in managing key accounts and driving account growth.
- Ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience preparing quotes, budgets, production specs, and project schedules.
- Existing network of clients within the graphics, event, exhibit, or experiential industries is essential.
- Proven ability to win new business and meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Confidence in developing and presenting proposals that convert.
