You’ll research destinations, prepare travel options, and coordinate itineraries to ensure each trip is organized, seamless, and tailored to client preferences. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys planning, organization, and delivering exceptional service in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and recommend family-friendly destinations, theme parks, resorts, and vacation packages
- Prepare and organize quotes, proposals, and detailed travel itineraries
- Communicate with clients to understand travel needs and answer general inquiries
- Coordinate with suppliers and partners to confirm reservations and special requests
- Maintain accurate client records and booking information
- Provide professional, timely service to ensure a positive client experience
